„Time and Self-Management”
Dear students,
I want to inform you that the program “Standards of Decision-Making Across Cultures” (SDAC) still have some vacancies available for a workshop on “Time and Self-Management” this Friday (18.06.) and next Friday (25.06.). You are very welcome to join us. The workshop deals with the following aspects:
Skilful time and self-management has become essential given the growing number of tasks we have to fulfil and the constant required availability by the means of mobile technologies. Self-management techniques contribute to successful completion of tasks and also help to keep stress levels under control. The workshop “Better instead of more – confident time and self-management“ teaches theoretical basics and practical skills to successfully plan and master large workloads.
The workshop takes place this and next Friday (18th and 25th June). You can look forward to 2 interactive, “hands-on” days and you will get to know some of the essential methods of time and self-management.
- We will meet from 9am-1pm on both days and will work on Zoom.
- The format includes input sessions, open forum for questions and answers, Breakout session (group and individual work) and exchange as well as exercises for the methods we will cover.
- Please ensure that you treat the 2 mornings as “absence from work” mornings without any interruptions as you will otherwise miss too much of the content and the exercises.
If you are interested in taking part, please send an e-mail to Sven Grundmann as soon as possible (deadline for inquiries this Wednesday 5:00pm):
The available slots will be allocated based on a first come first serve policy.
Kind regards,
Sven Grundmann
